The project is located in the heart of the Tskneti settlement, on a site that is currently disorganized and developed without proper planning or regulation. The area lacks coordinated urban development and contains many uncontrolled constructions.
We carefully considered the needs of the local population and designed the master plan accordingly. The new development will feature five-story residential buildings, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a kindergarten, and a multi-purpose sports hall.
To ensure the neighborhood operates efficiently, the project will also include commercial spaces to support everyday needs. Open-air parking areas will be provided throughout the site for residents and visitors.
