Another exciting and equally challenging project on our horizon is the upcoming reconstruction of the Tbilisi TV Tower — one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. This ambitious transformation aims to breathe new life into the structure, turning it into a vibrant cultural destination that blends tourism, creativity, and innovation.
Our team is leading the project management and interior design, working in collaboration with DMARK. The redevelopment will introduce multifunctional spaces designed to host diverse cultural and entertainment activities, all while respecting the tower’s historical significance and architectural presence.
Beyond the bridge, Kass Land includes a high-end hotel complex with villas, a visitor center, a restaurant, and a 1,800-meter trail leading to a beautiful cascading waterfall. The trail winds through untouched nature, offering viewpoints, camping areas, and immersive experiences that invite exploration, relaxation, and connection with nature.
