History

Shanidze Studio is a Tbilisi-based architecture and interior design company specializing in timeless, refined, and functional spaces. Our journey began with a strong foundation in luxury materials and design expertise, developed through years of hands-on experience with high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

We continue to evolve by combining creative vision with strategic thinking, enabling us to manage complex projects and deliver innovative, future-oriented results.

Expertise

Our team is engaged in a long-term collaboration with KASS Group. We have delivered several landmark projects — including the Gergeti Hotel, where we led interior and surface finish planning, as well as the Kass Land, Kass Diamond Resort, and Kass Park projects in Tsalka, where we were responsible for the complete architectural concept, interior design, and project management.

Currently, we are leading the reconstructive transformation of the Tbilisi TV Tower — a major cultural redevelopment project, where we oversee project management and interior design.
