A Vision Realized: The Tsalka Canyon Development

One of the most exciting and ambitious projects I’ve had the privilege to be part of is the Tsalka Canyon development, where we are designing and leading the creation of Kass Land — a groundbreaking ecotourism destination initiated by KASS Group in Georgia.

Set within a protected natural area, Kass Land is a visionary project supported by over 120 million GEL in international private investment. The goal is to create a world-class ecotourism hub that harmoniously blends with the stunning surroundings while offering unforgettable experiences to visitors from around the world.

At the heart of the development is the awe-inspiring Diamond Bridge — a 240-meter-long glass bridge that spans high above the canyon at the same dramatic height of 240 meters. In the center of the bridge stands a diamond-shaped café-bar, which is currently a candidate for a Guinness World Record. The bridge not only meets the highest international safety standards but also offers a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the canyon and surrounding landscapes.

Beyond the bridge, Kass Land includes a high-end hotel complex with villas, a visitor center, a restaurant, and a 1,800-meter trail leading to a beautiful cascading waterfall. The trail winds through untouched nature, offering viewpoints, camping areas, and immersive experiences that invite exploration, relaxation, and connection with nature.

This project is more than just a destination — it’s a testament to modern ecotourism, innovative design, and sustainable development. I’m incredibly proud to be part of it and to contribute to creating a place that will inspire, impress, and enrich the journey of every visitor.
